Ryfylke und die Stavanger Region
In Ryfylke gibt es einige der berühmtesten Wanderungen Norwegens. Erklimmen Sie das Bergplateau Preikestolen (die Felskanzel), das 604 Meter über dem Lysefjord thront, oder das Felsplateau Kjerag, wo Sie den Felsen Kjeragbolten sehen können, der zwischen zwei Bergen eingekeilt ist. In der Gegend finden Sie noch eine Reihe anderer fantastischer Wanderungen. Sie können entweder über mehrere Tage von Hütte zu Hütte wandern oder von den Städten Stavanger oder Sandnes aus kürzere Tagesausflüge machen (siehe unten).
EgersundTrollpikken
Der sogenannte "Trollpimmel" ist ein besonderer Felsen, der weltberühmt wurde, als er eines Nachts im Juni 2017 gekappt wurde. Großes lokales Engament und Fundraising führten dazu, dass Trollpikken nur zwei Wochen später wieder an seinem ursprünglichen Standort befestigt werden konnte.
Haugesund und Haugalandet
Die Landschaft von Haugesund und Haugalandet wird oft mit den Kulissen von Fernsehserien wie Game of Thrones und Vikings verglichen. Das ist gar nicht so abwegig, denn hier lebten mehr als tausend Jahre lang die Wikingerkönige. Machen Sie eine Wanderung durch die geschichtsträchtigen Berge, spazieren Sie am Meer entlang oder besuchen Sie eine der größeren Inseln und erkunden Sie die zerklüftete Landschaft, wo sich Meer und Himmel treffen. Ein absolutes Muss für Wanderer ist der Felsvorsprung Himakånå, der wie eine Trollin aussieht!
ÅkrehamnWanderweg von Åkrasanden nach Ferkingstad
Diese Naturpfad-Wanderung von Åkrahamn nach Ferkingstad auf der Westseite von Karmøy ist sehr empfehlenswert. Zwischen Åkra und den Überresten alter Bootsschuppen in Hop reihen sich kulturelle und geschichtliche Denkmäler aneinander. Die Wanderung kann am Nordende des Strands Åkrasanden beginnen.
FjæraGeführte Wanderung zu den Hexenkesseln von Rullestad
Die Hexenkessel von Rullestad sind ein faszinierendes Naturphänomen, deren Entstehung mehr als 10.000 Jahre zurückreicht - natürlich entstandene Löcher im Felsuntergrund, die im Laufe der Jahrtausende von Wasser und Eis geformt wurden. Das Gebiet wurde kürzlich zum UNESCO-Welterbe erklärt und ist Teil des Geoparks Sunnhordland.
Sunnhordland
In Sunnhordland können Sie zwischen 200 ausgeschilderten Wanderwegen wählen. Die Auswahl reicht von leichten, familienfreundlichen Wanderungen bis hin zu 1400 Meter hohen Gipfeln mit fantastischen Aussichten. Wenn es Ihnen lieber ist, können Sie auch den Nordseeweg am Meer entlangwandern. Vielleicht möchten Sie aber auch einen Wanderführer buchen und eine Gletscherwanderung auf dem Folgefonna machen, einem der größten Gletscher Norwegens.
Die Region Hardangerfjord
In Hardanger befindet sich zwar die sehenswerte Trolltunga, aber nicht jeder möchte eine so lange und anstrengende Wanderung auf sich nehmen. Zum Glück bieten sich in diesem Teil von Fjord Norwegen viele weitere Möglichkeiten. Sie können auf dem Panoramawanderweg Königin Sonja wandern, sich von den vielen Wasserfällen (darunter der spektakuläre Vøringsfossen) verzaubern lassen oder im Frühling durch die herrlich blühenden Obstgärten der Region schlendern. Dort können Sie einige der weltweit besten Apfelsäfte probieren.
KinsarvikH.M. Königin Sonjas Panorama Wanderweg
Der H.M. Königin Sonjas Panorama Wanderweg, der Dronningstien, ist einer der beliebtesten und schönsten Wanderwege in ganz Norwegen. Auch H.M. Königin Sonja zählt den Dronningstien in Hardanger zu einem ihrer Lieblingswanderwege. Die gesamte Wanderung dauert 6 - 9 Stunden und hat einen Ansteig von 1100 Metern.
Bergen
Bergen hat sehr viele atemberaubende Aussichten und gut zugängliche Wege in der Nähe des Stadtzentrums zu bieten. Beginnen Sie Ihren Tag in den Bergen (Sie können die Fløibanen-Seilbahn oder die Ulriken-Seilbahn nehmen, wenn Sie vom Gipfel aus wandern möchten) und wandern Sie dann hinunter in die lebendige Stadt.

Nordfjord
Wanderer haben die Qual der Wahl zwischen dem größten Festlandgletscher Europas und einer spektakulären Küstenlinie. Nordfjord bietet mehr als 230 ausgeschilderte Wanderwege. Bedenken Sie, dass Sie einen Wanderführer benötigen, wenn Sie eine Gletscherwanderung unternehmen möchten. Während Ihres Aufenthalts sollten Sie unbedingt in der Abenteuerarena Loen vorbeischauen, von wo aus Sie mit dem Skilift Loen auf den Berggipfel fahren können. Lassen Sie sich außerdem nicht die Gelegenheit entgehen, im Sommer in Stryn Ski zu fahren!

The mountains around Loen and Stryn are perfect for ski touring and backcountry skiing with views of the fjord and mountains. The Loen Skylift takes you up to 1011 metres above sea level/3316 ft., so you can set off with fresh legs. From Mt. Hoven you have many summits to choose from and even more downhill runs.

Besonders empfehlenswert ist eine Reise außerhalb der sommerlichen Hochsaison. Viele finden sogar, dass die Berge im Winter noch majestätischer wirken.
GeirangerWaterfall walk in Geiranger
The walk up or down 327 steps, plateaus and high airy view points, going close to the surging Storfossen (waterfall). The Waterfall Walk runs from Geiranger center up to Norwegian Fjord Centre and Hotel Union or vice versa. The combination of wild nature and exciting architecture, attracts attention. The price tag on waterfall hiking project was 12 million Norwegian kroner and has been shared between private and public actors. The process of the project took more than 20 years.
Ålesund und Sunnmøre
Die Sunnmøre-Alpen, die vor allem durch ihre mächtigen Gipfel bekannt sind, von denen sich eine schwindelerregende Aussicht auf die Fjorde bietet, begeistern Wanderer schon seit Jahrhunderten. Die Berge entlang der Küste und auf den verschiedenen Inseln sind nicht so hoch und steil, bieten aber dennoch eine herrliche Aussicht auf das Meer und die schönen weißen Strände.

BarstadvikGipfeltour zum Molladalen (774 M.ü.W.)
Das Mollatal ist eingerahmt von den spektakulären Molladalstindane mit bekannten Gipfeln wie Jønshorn, Randers Topp und Mohns Topp. Am Gletscher hinter dem Mohns Topp liegt das Kletterziel Bladet, vermutlich Norwegens meistfotografierte Felsnadel. Das familienfreundliche Mollatal lädt zu vielfältigen Aktivitäten ein – vom Klettern über Gipfelbesteigungen bis hin zu Wanderungen, Angelaktivitäten und Übernachtungen im Zelt. Am direktesten erreicht man das Mollatal von Melbøsætra/Barstadsætra aus (markierter Wanderweg). Markierter Wanderweg auch vom Mollatal nach Ytre Standal. Bei Standalseidet findet man die Standalhütte (396 m), die sich gut als Ausgangspunkt für die Gipfeltour auf den beliebten Kolåstinden (1432 m) eignet. Saison Mai-Okt. Dauer Ca. 2,5 Stunden ins Mollatal, längere Tagestouren zu den Gipfeln. Länge und Höhenmeter: 3 km. 570 Höhenmeter. Anfahrt Bus www.fjord1.no oder Auto bis Barstadvik und Straße ins Barstadtal (Mautstraße) bis zum Parkplatz bei Melbøsætra/Barstadsætra. Wissenswertes Der steilste Punkt entlang des Molladalsflusses ist mit einer Kette gesichert und kann bei vereisten Wegen gefährlich sein. Will man Rinnen besteigen, ist ein Helm wichtig, vor allem bei mehreren Tourengehern.
