Unterwegs kann man zudem in die spektakuläre Flåmbahn umsteigen – eine der steilsten Eisenbahnstrecken der Welt!
Tipps und Tricks für die Bergenbahn
Eine weitere preisgekrönte Strecke mit spektakulären Aussichten ist die Dovrebahn zwischen Oslo und Trondheim mit ihrer Nebenlinie, der Raumabahn. Diese verkehrt zwischen Dombås und Åndalsnes, der Bergsteiger-Hauptstadt in Fjord Norwegen.

Am einfachsten (und günstigsten) bucht man meist mit dem Reiseplaner Entur, der Reisevorschläge für verschiedenste öffentliche Verkehrsmittel in Norwegen bietet. So bekommen Sie bequem und stressfrei Ihre Tickets und können gleich mehrere Fahrten buchen.
Alternativ können Sie Tickets auch direkt auf den Websites oder mit den Apps der jeweiligen Bahnbetreiber erwerben. In den meisten Bahnhöfen gibt es zudem Ticketautomaten. Auch am Kundenschalter sowie an Bord sind Tickets erhältlich. Bitte beachten Sie aber, dass Sie beim Kauf im Zug eine zusätzliche Gebühr bezahlen müssen, und Ihr Sitzplatz möglicherweise bereits reserviert ist.
Die günstigsten Tickets sind die Lowfare Tickets. Aber Achtung: Diese können oft weder umgetauscht noch storniert werden. Wenn Sie also mehr Flexibilität benötigen, sollten Sie ein Flex Ticket kaufen.
