Beermaker’s Dinner at Phoenix Gastropub with Monkey Brew.
A new year means new concepts at Phoenix – and we’re starting with something extra good for everyone who appreciates solid craftsmanship in the glass.

On Thursday, January 29th, we invite you to our very first Beermaker’s Dinner, in collaboration with the eminent brewers from Monkey Brew.

Monkey Brew is a local and uncompromising microbrewery, known for precise flavours, distinct styles and a playful approach to both classic and modern beer brewing. The brewery has made its mark far beyond Trøndelag, and is today considered one of the most exciting players in the Norwegian beer world.

This evening, the brewmaster himself will lead us through the tasting, and each beer has been carefully selected to play in tandem with the food from Phoenix’s kitchen.

Menu and beer:
• Lobster soup – Terra (Belgian wit)
• Fish & Chips – Newton (American pale ale)
• Brisket – Ohm (Red ale)
• Sticky toffee pudding – Petit Framboise (raspberry sour)

Price: 995,- per person
Includes four courses and 5 beers from Monkey Brew.

This will be an evening for both beer nerds and life enthusiasts – with great flavours, fascinating stories and really good craftsmanship in the city center. Limited number of seats.
