For a one-night stay it was perfect!
For a one-night stay it was perfect! I’d might put a TV in the room and something to put wet clothes on if I’d stay for a winterholiday. Also a couple og glasses in the room. But on the other hand, there was a nice and cosy livingroom with everything :-). I will still go back if I need a bed and a place to stay!

The cabin (only couple of meters from river) was modern and bright with huge windows, excellent views, spacious and completed with everything we needed. Groceries shops around 5 min walk. And because we arrived and left during holiday time we appreciated cabin key collection/drop from safe. We could order our dinner in advance and indicate the time we wanted to eat (also for breakfast). No TV on the room, but there is one in a common hall, along with plenty of benches to sit and relax (and read a book or play a game). In the beautiful area there were some walking trails, and we checked one out, which we liked.

We had a wonderful stay here, the host was very helpful and quick to respond to our inquiries. The cabin exceeded all expectations, and the hikes we went on in the nearby mountains were awesome. Definitely a place I would recommend to others going to the same area, or for people looking for a nice getaway in the mountains. Would love to come back here soon!

Our hut was stand alone, but quite close to a neighboring one. There are 230V eVehicle charging/pre-heating outlets close by, so ok for a boost, but 11kW charging would be a nice add on. The hut is well equipped, just shop your food in Gol or Geilo, which both have nice, sizable supermarkets.
