We are an Asian inspired restaurant, with grilled dishes and sushi we make our interpretation of fusion.

We emphasise local ingredients such as dried salted cod, local salmon and scallops, as well as fantastic products from Asia.

From klippfish processed with old methods, daily fresh salmon from Marine Harvest in Fosnavaag and wild garlic from the mountains nearby, we get the best from this region.

Our chefs have broad experience from famous restaurants as Bagatelle**, Fauna* and Nobu.
