18-19.30 Yogic Arts, flow, all levels.

Tuesdays:

8.30-9.45 Vinyasa Flow, all levels.
18-19.15 Reflection Yoga for beginners, basic and easy class.

Thursdays:

18-19.30 Vinyasa Flow, all levels.
19.30-20.30 Restorative Yoga

Fridays:

10-11.15 Vinyas Flow, all levels.

Place: Hugnadheim, old community house.
Tuesday evening at Helselaben.
