Our experienced guide invite you to come along on a two-hours winter walk in in the outskirts of Svolvær. The terrain we take you to do not require you to be very fit, and we walk slowly focusing on enjoying nature and the sourroundings. The local guide tells you stories on the tour that gives you an insight in the Lofoten Islands history, about every day life and what we see along the way. A comfortable way to spend a few hours outdoors during your stay in the islands.
The places we take you to are pearls you need guides to locate. Not because they are un-accesible, only that we know the area and the wonderful spots. We take you here where it is peace and quiet, only the sound of nature and a spectaculare view for good photos. The trip takes about two hours, and we gladly pick you up at the hotel in Svolvær or Kabelvåg. Be ready 30 minutes before departure at the hotels reception.
Be aware that the weather can shift rapidly. Dress warm! We assist you with snowshoes or cramptons will when necessary. The trip can be made regardless of rain, we just adapt.

What to wear and bring?
The weather in Lofoten chances rapidly, and during winter we advise you to bring warm clothes, just the same as you will see locals are wearing:
• Wool underwear
• Fleece or wool sweather
• Warm jacket and trousers that isolates.
• Scarf, gloves, hat, warm and isolated shoes
• A back-pack with extra sweather, gloves, warm and cold drinks and a snack.
