Snowshoe trip with amazing view over the Lyngenfjord

This tour is conducted by XLyngen. We will take you for a snowshoe walk in the valleys of the Lyngen Alps or along the coastline with beautiful views of the open sea.

On this snowshoe hike in the northernmost part of the Lyngen Alps, you can experience the real Arctic nature and wildlife. If you are lucky, you may see eagles, foxes, hares, grouse or moose.
However, the view of the open sea and the majestic Lyngen Alps is awesome. In addition, you can enjoy the change in winter light and Arctic weather conditions. This way you can feel how we live on the top of the world.

We will take breaks and serve hot and cold drinks and some snacks. The trip includes snowshoes and poles and the guide will teach you how to use them.

Season: from 1 December - 1 April
Included: Guide, transfer, coffee, tea, warm thermal suit, snowshoes, safety equipment, spikes, headlight, vegan, vegetarian and glutenfree food at request.
Please bring: wintershoes, mittens, hat, passport

Meeting point and time: XLyngen in Nord-Lenangen at 11.00.
Possible with pick up in Tromsø, departure 08:45 from Scandic Ishavshotel with the Arctic Route Lyngen bus. Meetingtime at 08:30. Return to Tromsø at ca 16:15.
Possible with pick up at Svensby at 10:20 from the ferry pier. Please advise us in advance.
