Spreke Opplevelser offers a range of outdoor activities and guided excursions in the scenic landscapes around Hamar and Løten, in eastern Norway.
In winter, you can learn to glide through the snow on cross-country skis in the winter paradise of Budor, or dance across frozen lakes on ice skates. For the brave, we also offer refreshing ice bathing followed by a warm sauna at Rokosjøen.
During summer, we arrange team-building activities and nature-based experiences at Budor - perfect for groups, companies, or anyone looking to connect with nature.
Our philosophy
At Spreke Opplevelser, we aim to promote public health through physical activity and memorable experiences in nature. We strive to create lasting impressions with a minimal environmental footprint. Because sometimes, the best adventures in nature are closer than you think.
