Easy hiking trail from the river estuary by the sea on Indre Hareid and to the road in Kaldholen. The trip is about 5.5 km long. In Hareidelva which is a nice fishing river, you can get both aura and salmon! The trail ends in Kaldholen in Hareidsdalen.

Route description:
We start at an older industrial area and after about 200 m arrive at a newly restored mill house, on to the remains of a dam for power plants, towns where we have our soul hunting / pearl fishing and swimming pond. Along the river are also several fishing spots for salmon and aura. After passing the outlet to Grimstadvatnet, continue the path in both Grimstadvatn nature reserve and the area for Grimstadvatn wildlife conservation.

One can walk or cycle, and start in several places along the path according to one's own needs
