At Fjällnäs the food is made thoughtfully, accuracies and at last but not least by interest. We do not have any spesific style or focus, instead we simply let the commodities, the rural districts affluent culture and history inpspire us to create our menues - during all our seasons. The wines are selected with great care and among the different types of beers, we have choosen the best from the local area.
