Cross Country Ski Package Rental
Tromsø Outdoor offers for rent cross country ski package for adults and children. If you are new to skiing have a look on our guides ski trip first. Read the information below before you book!
We offer for rent waxed and waxless skis (for children only waxless).
Skis are suitable to go in and off the trails.
Great for beginners and experienced skiers, not suitable for skating.
If you are beginner we recommend you to order waxless skis, if you know how to use the wax and that is what you like we will be happy to provide you with skis that you can wax for yourself. Let us also know if you have some preferred length of skis you wish to use, otherwise we will prepare for you the set in the size we think will fit you the best.
When you rent the package our team will be happy to assist you in planning your ski trip and finding the best trails at the time you are here, you can also check your options before you arrive too.
TIPS ON WHERE TO GO FOR A XC SKI TRIP (click to open)
The cross country ski package for adults includes:
- wide cross country skis Madshus Voss with 3/4 steel edge and Rottefella BC Auto binding
- ski boots from Alfa, Madshus, Rossignol with BC binding
- cross country skiing poles
Package for children includes:
- Rossignol Kids and Junior skis with NNN Rottefella Start bindings (child and youth),
- ski boots from Alpina with NNN binding for juniors
- poles
You can also book with us mountain ski package consisiting of:
- mountain skis Asnes Rago with 75mm telemark bindings
- leather ski boots Varg, Crisp and Alfa with 75mm telemark bindings
- cross country ski poles
We will check on availability of mountain skis and contact you if we cannot accommodate your booking s we have limited amount of mountain skis available.
With mountain skis and some of wide cross country skis you can rent climbing skins in addition.
1 day of rental = any time up to 24 hours
