Skulpturenpark Gustav Vigelands im Frognerpark

Der einzigartige Vigeland Skulpturenpark ist das Lebenswerk des Bildhauers Gustav Vigeland (1869- 1943), mit mehr als 200 Skulpturen in Bronze, Granit und Schmiedeeisen.

Vigeland hat auch das Design sowie die architektonische Ausformung des Parks entworfen. Ein äußerst sehenswertes Werk über den Zyklus des Lebens.

Die Bronzestatue des kleinen Trotzkopfs (Norwegisch: Sinnataggen) gehört mit dem Monolithen (Monolitten) und dem Rad des Lebens (Livshjulet) zu den bekanntesten Skulpturen des Vigeland Skulpturenparks.


Der Park ist ganzjährig rund um die Uhr geöffnet.
