At Trattoria Crudo you can enjoy delicious aperitivo, Italian pizza straight from the oven, and freshly made pasta dishes – made with authentic Italian love. Chef Francesco De Palma is a highly decorated culinary artist from Corleto Perticara, just south of the pizza capital Naples. He has won several awards from the World Pizza Championship, where he in 2022 won third place for his Margherita. Even though Francesco is an excellent pizzaiolo he is also adept in other parts of the Italian cuisine. In 2023 he won third place in the Risotto World Championship with his King Crab Risotto.
