







The bakery in Lom is an artisanal bakery with a café in the middle of the national park village of Lom. The bakery is widely known for its fluffy cinnamon buns—and is a place “everyone has to stop by” on the way to or from Lom and Jotunheimen.
During the summer season, there are often long lines outside the doors of the small bakery in Lom sentrum. But both the baked goods and the experience are worth the wait.
Here, all bread is made by hand—both sourdough bread, Viennese pastries, and fluffy cinnamon buns. At Bakeriet i Lom, it’s not about making things easier, but about keeping it authentic. Bakeriet i Lom uses locally produced flour from small suppliers.
Bakeriet i Lom serves stone-oven-baked pizza part of the year, and has a large outdoor seating area in the summer. They also offer baking courses.
