Røylen is a unique, maritime venue for special occasions.

Røylen, situated on the roof of the Norwegian Maritime Museum, has an east-facing veranda that offers a stunning view of the city and the inner Oslo fjord. The museum will put up round tables with white tablecloths and prepares either tapas, buffets or three course menus.

“Triton” is located next to the entrance and can be booked in addition to Røylen or on its own as a venue for smaller occasions. Triton has a terrace and is suited for receptions, afternoon tea or similar events.

All events at Røylen can be combined with a guided tour of the museum or an appetitive in the exhibition halls.

Sailing tour of the Oslo fjord

For a unique experience, banquets at the Norwegian Maritime Museum can be combined with a sailing tour of the Oslo fjord on board the schooner Svanen or the reconstructed boat Vaaghals.
