Delve into both the captivating myths and the enlightening facts surrounding the Northern Lights, while also gaining insight into the latest research that unveils the secrets of this natural wonder.

This tour is conducted by the Arctic University Museum of Norway.

A must do activity for all Northern Lights enthusiasts. At the museum you will get a broad understanding of what causes Northern Lights and learn more about the Aurora myths. Try making your own Northern Lights in the plasma chamber, and enjoy the magnificent film “Northern Lights magic over Tromsø” not seen anywhere else in Tromsø. An 80-page book is included.

To be booked at least 48 hours in advance. Start: 2pm (other times on request).
