    Die beiden Straßen Damstredet und Telthusbakken befinden sich unterhalb der Kirche Gamle Aker Kirke.



    Dies ist eine der wenigen Gegenden in Oslo, in der es eine einheitlich Holzhausbebauung gibt. Hier findet man eine Reihe hübscher Holzhäuser aus dem ausgehenden 18. Jahrhundert, die zum gröβten Teil alle bewohnt sind.
