The restaurant is run by Hellene and Thomas. After years of working and traveling across the globe, they moved to Thomas's home village of Morgedal in 2016. Combining Hellene’s culinary expertise from Tasmania, Australia, with Thomas’s deep knowledge of wine, they have created a warm, personal atmosphere where international experience meets Norwegian tradition.
