On the weekend of August 22-23, Dans Trondheim is organizing a swing dance course in Bugg! 🙂
About the dance form:
Bugg is the Swedish way of dancing swing, and the dance is very widespread both in Sweden and here at home. This is a really fun couple dance that can be danced to most music.
Not sure what Bugg is and how to dance it? See links below:

About the course:
The schedule is the same on both days:
10:00 - 12:00 Bug beginner course / basic course
The course is a beginner's course (basic course) suitable for those who have never danced before, or for those who want to refresh what they have previously learned. Remember that "basic technique" is the foundation of good dancing.
REGISTRATION:
We initially want registration to be done as a couple, as we do not have the opportunity to provide auxiliary dancers, but we will set up a waiting list for registration without a partner. Here, it is first come, first served and places are allocated as leaders and followers register respectively. NB! Note in the registration whether you are a leader or a follower.
