Susanne Sundfør on tour with new musical expression!

Susanne Sundfør heads out on an extensive autumn tour, inviting audiences into a new musical landscape inspired by bluegrass and country. Thursday 26 November 2026 she plays at USF Verftet in Bergen.

Throughout the tour Sundfør will perform songs from her entire career, but in a new musical guise. Audiences can expect well-known songs interpreted with acoustic strings, new harmonies and clear references to the American folk and country tradition.

– I am looking forward to sharing the stage with some of Norway's best musicians, where we will dress up my music in a new country guise. It will be good old-fashioned bluegrass, but also elements of country, inspired by artists such as Dolly Parton and Alison Krauss, says Sundfør.

With a career spanning more than 20 years, Susanne Sundfør has established herself as one of Norway's most acclaimed and innovative artists. She is known for her ability to continually develop her own expression and explore new genres, something that also characterises this tour.

For audiences this will be a rare opportunity to experience the songs anew – in a soundscape that is both intimate, rooted in tradition and at the same time clearly marked by Sundfør's artistic signature.

– Doors open at 19:00. Concert starts at 20:00.

– Use of strobe lights and glycol/mineral oil based stage smoke during the event may occur.

– It is not permitted to bring items such as rucksacks, bags, large handbags, umbrellas, bottles/cans and similar into the concert hall. Such items cannot be left in the cloakroom for storage either.

– Please be aware that we have limited capacity in the cloakroom during winter at large audience numbers.

– Standing only.

– Tickets are only refunded in case of cancelled event.
