Secret Garden - Sacred Night

Thirty years after Secret Garden won the Eurovision Song Contest with their song ‘Nocturne’, more than 10,000 lucky concertgoers had the chance to experience the duo’s anniversary tour at Norwegian concert halls and cultural venues in 2025.

Following the success of four Christmas tours across Norway from 2021 to 2024, Secret Garden are planning to bring their special Christmas concert to two unique concert halls and one arena in Norway in Christmas 2026. Kilden, Kuppelhallen and Oslo Spektrum are the venues that will welcome this extraordinary Christmas concert.

‘Sacred Night’ is a collection of original Christmas songs that was named the best Christmas album of 2020 by Norwegian newspaper Aftenposten. Since the album was released in its entirety in 2021, it has received extensive radio airplay and has been streamed nearly five million times on Spotify.

“The ‘Sacred Night’ project was created in collaboration with our regular ensemble, featuring vocalists Cathrine Iversen and Espen Grjotheim, and we look forward to performing the concert again after a one-year break. On this occasion, we will also be welcoming special guest performers.

“The concert will feature music from our Christmas album, as well as some of the best-known pieces from our catalogue,” says Rolf Løvland, who earlier this year received the King’s Medal of Merit for his contributions to Norwegian music.

“While we are excited to perform our biggest concert in Norway to date at Oslo Spektrum, we also hope to see our loyal audiences in Stavanger and Kristiansand. Welcome to a beautiful and distinctive Christmas experience!” says Secret Garden.
