Oslo Tangoforening

Nils Økland (fiddle), Roar Engelberg (pan flute), Eilif Moe (guitar, vocals), Per Karang (piano) and Pål Thorstensen (double bass) - together this wild bunch set Oslo's free-spirited musical life alight in the 1980s. No music was foreign to them, but often it was tango, virtuosic Romani and folk music from Hungary and Romania, or perhaps a song by Arne Bendiksen, that echoed between the walls. Now they gather again, on the occasion of the 40th anniversary of their somewhat rough-around-the-edges record "Årsrapport".

Musical club host Gabriel Fliflet was a guest on the record, and will likely also appear on stage this time.

Tickets: NOK 280 (standard) // NOK 190 (member) // NOK 75 (under 30 years) (To purchase a ticket at member price you must also purchase a membership in the club.) People under 30 years get a free membership in the club. This is arranged at the door before the concert.
