Ice skating school artistic skating mini-course for adults

Welcome to the Adult Group for TSK Kunstløp!

This is a mini-course for everyone over 19 years old who wants to learn to ice skate, who wants to become even more confident on the ice, or learn new things. The adult group is suitable for both beginners and more experienced skaters. Please note that we have a limited number of places in this group, first come first served.

The first training will be Saturday 26 September 2026, and the last training for the season is Saturday 28 November. There is no training during the autumn break week 41.

Training will be at Leangen on Saturdays with the following training offer:

• Ice: 09:45-10:30

Wear clothes that are easy to move in, and remember gloves or mittens. For dry land you need running shoes, and preferably a skipping rope if you have one. We recommend and ask that everyone wears a helmet on the ice!
