Stjørdalsmila 10 km
A timed 10 km for those who want to chase time, test their form or just have a good running experience.
Stjørdalsmila 5 km
A fast and accessible distance for both exercisers and competitive runners. Runs on the same controlled course as the 10 km.
Stjørdalsmila 5 km walk/jog
For those of you who want to join the festival at a slower pace. Suitable for anyone who wants a social and low-threshold start.
