Bjørn's Best Food and Music

Join us for a full evening with a 5-course dinner and lots of music with Bjørn who serves, tells stories and entertains with music. Mette is responsible for 3 of the small dishes, while Bjørn makes the two infamous main courses, and together they are responsible for all the serving. The food is served and set on ceramic plates and bowls from Mette's workshop in Ila. We promise both a warm and good atmosphere.

The ticket includes all food and entertainment, you choose and buy drinks along the way.

Bjørn and Mette invite you to a very special evening with smoked salmon and trout from Hitra and Frøya, Bjørn's infamous bacalaos, Spanish meatballs, 3 local cheeses and a royal dessert! Freshly baked olive bread, nut bread and lots of side dishes are served along the way.

Please let us know if you have any food allergies or anything else we should know about. We will adapt the menu for those of you who do not eat fish or have other food preferences. (Let us know before you come)
