"Expectations". For what then? Love? Hope? Joy? This is an album Andreas Unsvaag has been working on for almost 4 years.
This is a journey from sorrow to joy and back to sorrow again. On January 27, Andreas Unsvaag will play music from this album for the first time in Trondheim. The journey started on New Year's Eve at Storhaug in Stavanger with the song "Danse Aleine", and the last song was written in the summer of 2024 when Unsvaag needed to say "Kom Hjem". In between there has been the "Fear" of racism, the hope for the "Thought of Perfect", or the question of "Will it happen this time?". The bad thing about it is that feelings are just a "Deception", a game of a longing to be "With You". Maybe it's all just a made-up "Fantasy" that you think about, while you're on your way home with "12 Kjelsås". But "if only I could fly"..
