Atle and Laila who are the owners of this place today live in the family's open year-round restaurant, and are sharing residential areas with their dining guests. The restaurant is an extension that are listed in rough lumber from Alvdal. The guests are seated at long tables in the glow of candles and open fire. Aperitif, cofee and good conversations are enjoyed in the livingroom called Finstua. Lamb of wild sheep, deer, elk and herbs from the farm's resources are used in the restaurant, as well as fish and shellfish from the Helgeland coast. "The honest cuisine" characterizes the kitchen's culinary philosophy.
